Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support community integration and companionship
Offer behavioral support and mentorship
Administer medications as needed
Transport consumers to community activities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
At Least 18 Years of Age
CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)
Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances
Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record (may be required depending on assigned case)
Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred
