Assisting with patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment goals and develop individualized plans
Implementing occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and independence
Collaborating with the occupational therapy team to ensure seamless communication and implementation of treatment plans
Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to support independent living and long-term recovery
