Massage Envy Erie is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident recommending wellness memberships and services that genuinely improve our clients' lives.

What You'll Do
As the first and last impression of our clinic, you'll play a critical role in creating an outstanding guest experience while driving membership growth.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcome every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage client loyalty and repeat visits.
- Educate guests about Massage Envy memberships, services, and wellness benefits.
- Confidently recommend memberships, enhancements, and retail products based on each guest's needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
- Answer incoming phone calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider availability.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with Service Providers and teammates to ensure exceptional service every day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Sales experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
