Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles or your own personal vehicle to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals at each destination
- Communicate clearly with customers and staff upon delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Handle heavy lifting of floral pieces or arrangement with proper technique
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Organize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and accuracy, maintaining detailed logs of deliveries made
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Route planning capability
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift
- Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and sales techniques for upselling opportunities

The position can be fulfilled using you own personal vehicle which you will receive mileage reimbursement, or (as long as 25+ yrs old) may use our company van for deliveries.
