About the Role
GnG Vacation is hiring a Property Management Business Development Representative to help grow our residential property management portfolio.
This position is internally called an Asset Advisor. It is a consultative sales and business development role focused on property management services. It is not a financial advisory or investment advisory position.
You will work with property owners, real estate investors, real estate agents, brokers, and referral partners who may need professional management for short-term, mid-term, or long-term rental properties.
Your role is to identify qualified opportunities, build relationships, explain our services, help prospective clients move through the agreement process, and coordinate with our operations team as new properties are onboarded.
This is a good fit for someone who is comfortable with sales activity, follow-up, local relationship building, and performance-based career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for residential property owners, real estate investors, agents, brokers, and referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
- Speak with property owners to understand their property type, rental goals, management needs, timeline, and concerns.
- Explain GnG Vacation’s short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental management services clearly and professionally.
- Present our service process, management approach, and next steps to qualified prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and referral partners.
- Help move qualified prospects through the property management agreement process.
- Coordinate with the internal onboarding and property management team after a new client signs.
- Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and deal status in the company CRM or tracking system.
- Build long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, investors, landlords, and property owners.
- Attend scheduled local meetings, property visits, or market appointments when needed.
- Represent the company professionally in all client and referral partner interactions.
Compensation and Growth
This is a full-time position with base salary, performance-based salary growth, performance bonus eligibility, and retention bonus eligibility.
All new full-time hires start at a $3,000 monthly base salary.
The position has a clear base salary growth path:
- $3,000 per month
- $5,000 per month
- $7,000 per month
Salary tier advancement is based on verified production, consistent performance, company policy, and payroll review.
Eligible team members may also earn additional performance bonuses and retention bonuses based on qualifying new property management accounts and continued property retention.
Compensation above base salary is variable, performance-based, and not guaranteed. Final compensation, bonuses, retention bonuses, and salary tier advancement are subject to company policy, verification of qualifying activity, payroll review, and applicable law.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, client service, real estate, property management, hospitality, leasing, or another client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-up.
- Ability to work on-site in Pomona, California.
- Ability to attend scheduled local meetings or property visits in the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Ability to use or learn CRM, email, phone, calendar, and internal tracking tools.
- Professional attitude when speaking with clients, agents, brokers, and internal team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate sales, leasing, vacation rental management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or investor relations.
- Existing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, investors, landlords, or property owners.
- Familiarity with short-term rental, mid-term rental, or long-term rental operations.
- California real estate license is preferred but not required.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
