Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, experienced CDL-A OTR Drivers (Solo and Team) to join our fleet. Drive top-of-the-line equipment with guaranteed weekly mileage and consistent pay.
Pay & Guaranteed Miles
- Solo Drivers:
- Pay Rate: $0.65 – $0.75 per mile
- Guaranteed Miles: 3,000 miles / week minimum
- Weekly Earnings Potential: $1,950 – $2,250+ per week
- Team Drivers:
- Pay Rate: $0.90 – $1.00 per mile (split)
- Guaranteed Miles: 6,000 miles / week minimum
- Weekly Earnings Potential: $5,400 – $6,000+ per week per team
Schedule & Home Time
- Route: Over-the-Road (OTR)
- Rotation: 3 weeks on the road / 3 days home
Equipment
- Late-Model Fleet: 2024 and newer trucks
- Fully equipped, well-maintained, and designed for long-haul driver comfort.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A OTR experience
- Driving Record: Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Status: Must be in full compliance (No SAP program history)
- Strong focus on safety, communication, and on-time delivery
