Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Commercial Cleaner,
Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM site Fedex 1400 Coal Fields Industrial Dr, Chavies, KY 41727
- 1 cleaner of the 2 cleaners comes back around at 7PM to make sure that Restsrooms and some trash (for 3 hrs) only from Monday to Friday

Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks across multiple commercial environments, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
- Conduct floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are pristine and well-maintained.
- Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to clean restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other high-traffic zones efficiently.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks that may involve specialized equipment or techniques to maintain large-scale facilities.
- Assist with facilities maintenance duties such as minor repairs, trash removal, and supply replenishment to support overall building operations.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Skilled in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors for optimal appearance and durability.
- Knowledge of custodial practices related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, vacuums, and pressure washers effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on completed work or maintenance issues.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy supplies, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
