- Collaborate with colleagues to create cohesive classroom experiences and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
- Support children with special needs by implementing individualized educational interventions and working closely with specialists in special education.
- Maintain compliance with educational regulations and safety standards while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds.
- Engage families through regular communication about their child's development, progress, and classroom activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience teaching infants or toddlers in early childhood education settings, including preschool or childcare environments.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories, literacy education, math instruction for young children, and physical education activities suitable for infants.
- Experience working with children with special needs to support inclusive classroom practices.
- Classroom management skills combined with effective communication skills for engaging both children and families.
- Ability to develop curriculum content aligned with educational standards such as early childhood frameworks.
- Understanding of educational compliance regulations relevant to early childhood programs.
- Excellent organizational skills for lesson planning, documentation, and collaboration with team members.
