Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote our medical products and services.
- Manage assigned territory effectively by identifying new opportunities, scheduling visits, and ensuring consistent coverage.
- Collaborate with senior team members on account management strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide technical support during product demos, explaining features, benefits, and clinical applications of medical equipment or pharmaceuticals.
- Assist in developing sales proposals and conducting analysis to identify growth opportunities within the territory.
- Engage in ongoing learning about industry trends, regulatory updates, and product innovations to enhance customer service quality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) interactions within healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated success in outside or field sales roles managing client relationships across diverse healthcare environments.
- Technical sales experience involving scientific or medical equipment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for efficient client management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Organizational skills necessary for territory management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, medical terminology, and enterprise selling strategies is preferred.
