Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to prioritize work orders, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to ensure optimal inventory control, minimize waste, and support lean manufacturing principles.
- Coordinate with partners to track raw materials, components, and finished goods flow throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in production planning and inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Acumatica; experience with MRP modules is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and demand planning techniques to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and external partners.
