We are seeking skilled Line Cooks who take pride in their craft, thrive in a fast-paced fine dining kitchen, and are passionate about executing exceptional food at the highest level.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Work various stations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure seamless service and kitchen operations
Pay: $20 - $24 / hour
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen is required
- Steakhouse experience is strongly preferred
- Solid knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary school education is a plus but not required
