Job Summary
Due to rapid growth, Spectrum Logistics, Inc a locally owned company is seeking a full-time CDL Class A Driver / Warehouse person for our Evansville, Indiana location. Ideal candidate will swing between general warehouse duties as well as drive CDL Class A level trucks when needed. Compensated at driver's pay regardless of position. Great opportunity for right person! Compensation based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate commercial trucks and fork trucks.
- Load and unload freight in warehouse efficiently using forklifts or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
- Driver Class A trucks to deliver freight accurately along assigned routes, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety issues or maintenance needs; report any concerns promptly.
- Will have the opportunity to drive different type Class A trucks.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit; verify load counts and documentation.
- Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in warehouse organization and inventory management to support smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school or GED.
- Valid CDL Class A license with no major infractions for past 3 years.
- Proven truck driving experience with knowledge of route planning and delivery procedures.
- Experience driving up to a 53' tractor trailer trucks.
- 4+ years of fork truck experience.
- Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts.
- Must have clean FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- Strong understanding of DOT safety regulations related to commercial driving.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and interacting with team members.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads, operate fork trucks, stand for extended periods, and perform routine vehicle inspections.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
