We are seeking dedicated Bus Aides to join our growing team in East Rutherford, NJ. As a Bus Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of participants during transportation.
Responsibilities

Assist participants with boarding, disembarking, and securing safety restraints.

Provide support to participants with special needs, including behavioral or physical assistance as needed.

Monitor and ensure the safety of all passengers throughout the route.

Assist the driver in maintaining an organized and safe environment on the bus.

Complete all required documentation and report any incidents or concerns promptly.

Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff to support positive experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with special needs is preferred.

Ability to remain attentive and patient in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must pass pre-employment requirements including background check and drug screening.
