Complete Animal Removal is seeking an experienced and motivated Wildlife Service Manager to oversee our Kentucky operations. This position is responsible for leading technicians, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, coaching team members, and helping drive company growth.

Position Responsibilities
- Manage and lead wildlife technicians throughout Kentucky.
- Monitor daily schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and quality control inspections.
- Coach technicians on safety, customer service, and production goals.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure company SOPs and safety procedures are followed.
- Work closely with sales, office staff, and leadership teams.
- Review production reports, KPIs, and technician performance.
- Help resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and operational standards.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience required.
- Wildlife control, pest control, construction, roofing, or home services experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
