We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.
This position has a schedule of Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with occasional Saturday overtime. Hours may flex during the winter season depending on weather conditions.

Clean and maintain all office spaces, conference rooms, and employee break areas

Vacuum carpeting throughout the facility

Dust, mop, strip, wax, and buff all hard floors and aisles

Remove all garbage and recycling from the facility in a timely manner

Clean and sanitize all restrooms

Assist with general maintenance tasks as required

Plow and salt parking lots and sidewalks during winter as needed

Communicate equipment and supply needs to the supervisor on an ongoing basis

Support and assist in the training of new employees

Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred

Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely

Ability to operate heavy machinery, i.e. snowblower and tractor

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks related to cleaning duties
Successful Candidate must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data. This position requires access to technology that is subject to U.S. export control regulations. Candidates must be eligible for employment in the US and meet the requirements of ITAR.
