Performs job functions under direct supervision:
Operates a variety of machines in a safe and productive manner.
Produces parts according to work specifications
Conduct in-process inspection checks and throughout process to verify performance
Makes minor modification to machine parameters to keep parts within requirements
Maintain product identification of all materials released to them at all stages of completion.
Reports completion of parts quantities, scrap and other identified statistics
Continuous contact with Lead/Supervisor to notify level of material completion and process product concerns / defects.
Cleans and Inspects parts that run through process.
Pack good parts according to print specifications.
Able to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 pounds
Qualified to use forklift is a plus (Certified by HFR in-house trainer) .
Effective at communicating status and requirements to complete jobs efficiently.
Works well with others in the production environment.
Pay is based on experience.
