Position – Bartender
We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team at a bustling yacht club. Bartender's responsibilities include greeting and serving members and their guests, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, providing detailed information on bar menus and specialty drinks.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee the operation of the bar.
· Interact verbally with all bar guests, creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
· Set up, maintain and clean the bar. Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
· Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
· Follow correct accounting procedures
· Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
- 1 years minimum of bartending experience, club experience preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Seasonal bonus incentives may be offered.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment
