Current Openings
Nampa Area
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Middleton Area
- Waking Graveyard Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Waking graveyard positions receive a higher pay rate than sleeping graveyard shifts
What You'll Do
Support individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
Encourage independence and self-confidence
Participate in community outings, activities, and adventures
Help create memorable experiences and meaningful connections
Provide a positive, safe, and supportive environment
Be a mentor, cheerleader, and advocate for the people you support
