Job Description: Seasonal General Laborer / Operator Assistant
We are looking for a dependable Seasonal General Laborer / Operator Assistant to support our equipment operator on project sites. This position will assist with day-to-day field tasks, help shuttle the operator as needed, and be available to support the operator and crew throughout the workday.

Job Duties:
The Seasonal General Laborer / Operator Assistant will help with basic labor tasks and assist the equipment operator as needed. Duties may include shuttling the operator between locations, helping move tools, materials, and supplies, assisting with site cleanup, spotting equipment when needed, and being available on-site to help with general project support.
This position requires someone who is dependable, willing to work, and able to follow directions. The employee must be able to show up on time, work safely around heavy equipment, and help wherever needed to keep the project moving efficiently.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation. Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be comfortable working around heavy equipment. Prior construction or labor experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
This seasonal position pays $22.00 per hour, and housing is provided for the duration of the job.
