About the Role
Reformed Marketing is hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to join our team in Virginia Beach. This is a full-time, on-site position working within retail store locations. The role provides paid training and hands-on experience in customer service, retail sales, and business operations while developing leadership and communication skills.
No prior experience is required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Represent client products and services at assigned retail locations.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
- Promote and sell products in a face-to-face retail environment.
- Learn and apply sales, customer service, and business development techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and performance activities.
- Follow company policies and retail partner guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations in the Virginia Beach area.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- No previous experience required; paid training is provided.
