JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a polished and highly capable Office Manager to serve as the operational anchor of our law firm. This role is ideal for someone who leads with professionalism, discretion, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail. As the heart of the office, the Office Manager creates an elevated experience for both clients and team members while ensuring the firm operates seamlessly behind the scenes.
Human Resources & Team Development
- Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee records
- Coordinate training, performance support, benefits administration, and employee programs
- Assist with compensation, benefits, workers' compensation, and employment compliance matters
- Help cultivate a professional, engaged, and high-performing team culture
- Help organize and schedule office events for the one day in office
Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, workflows, vendors, facilities, supplies, and administrative services
- Coordinate calendars, internal communications, meetings, and office events
- Serve as a central resource for administrative support across the firm
- Ensure the office operates efficiently, professionally, and proactively
Team Accountability & Workflow Management
- Monitor administrative and legal support workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Track performance metrics, reports, and operational objectives
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support the firm's social media, online presence, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor client reviews, engagement metrics, and brand reputation
- Assist with awards submissions, public relations opportunities, and firm marketing campaigns
Accounting & Administrative Support
- Assist with billing inquiries, vendor payments, and administrative accounting functions
- Coordinate check processing, online payments, and related documentation
- Support financial organization and operational reporting
Reception & Mail Operations
- Serve as a point of contact for office reception and administrative correspondence
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and document handling
- Ensure important communications and materials are processed accurately and promptly
QUALIFICATIONS
- EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience working in a law firm or professional office environment with responsibilities related to office administration, employee coordination, client communication, vendor management, human resources, billing support, and day-to-day office management.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree.
- LOCATION: Live and work experience in LA County.
- COMMUNICATION: Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus but not required); Articulate, clear phone voice; excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Able to accept criticism and direction well.

- Strong extemporaneous speaking skills with the ability to adapt on the fly.
- Comfortable with assertive sales tactics while remaining empathetic and respectful.
- Experience with memorizing and delivering scripts.
- Confident, professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who excels in a target-driven environment.
- Accept constructive criticism and direction well.
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
