Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Call Setter to join our dynamic real estate team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with leads through outbound and warm calling to generate interest and set appointments for our real estate aqcuisition team. Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective sellers, including warm leads and follow-up contacts
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs and scheduling appointments to conduct property walk throughs
- Utilize REsimpli CRM to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaigns and improve outreach strategies
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing clear information, active listening, and positive engagement during calls
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to nurture relationships and maximize conversion opportunities
Requirements
- Spanish is a must
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, within real estate
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies
- Demonstrated ability to handle real estate sales discussions confidently and professionally
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
