RHVAC Technician
The RHVAC Technician repairs refrigeration and HVAC mechanical and electrical systems throughout retail locations to support operations and minimize product loss.
RHVAC Technician Qualifications
- Journeyman qualified in refrigeration and HVAC systems, or equivalent
- E.P.A. certified for refrigerant handling Class I & II, or Universal
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and a background check
- In-depth working knowledge of supermarket rack refrigeration equipment, electrical and HVAC
- Demonstrated self-motivation and successful experience in previous jobs and responsibilities
- Above average troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task; work with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly
- Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- High standard of integrity and reliability
RHVAC – Technician Responsibilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
- Work and drive safely, using appropriate safety gear and techniques
- Ability to service clients in a 24/7 environment with on call responsibilities
- Computer skills are required (utilizing tablet in the field)
- Outstanding customer service skills
