We're looking for someone who enjoys working through a steady flow of transactions, researching discrepancies, and making sure every detail is accurate.
This isn't a traditional accounting position. Instead, it's an operations-focused auditing role where you'll investigate exceptions, reconcile records, resolve issues, and help ensure the accuracy of business transactions.
If you enjoy structured work, solving puzzles, working independently, and spending your day analyzing information on a computer, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
You'll review a continuous queue of transactions and:
- Audit transactions for accuracy
- Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections
- Research discrepancies and resolve issues
- Reconcile records across multiple systems
- Review commissions and identify revenue opportunities
- Document findings and maintain accurate records
- Support operational and financial reporting
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners as needed
- Help improve processes and maintain quality standards

Qualifications
We're interested in candidates with at least one year of experience in areas such as:
- Administrative support
- Billing or invoicing
- Collections
- Customer service
- Data entry
- Banking or financial services
- Insurance claims
- Inventory or purchasing
- Bookkeeping
- Transaction processing
- Operations support
- Quality assurance
- Reconciliation or auditing
Experience using Excel, spreadsheets, accounting systems, billing software, or other business systems is strongly preferred.
Travel industry or GDS experience is a plus, but not required.
