- Position: Operating Room (OR) Circulator - Urology Focus
- Schedule: 4/10-hour shifts (Day shift, no on-call, no weekends/holidays)
- Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
Position Summary
We need an experienced OR Circulator to join our busy urology surgery center. You will manage patient care, coordinate the surgical suite, and support our fast-paced, collaborative team.Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assess patients pre- and post-op; advocate for patient safety during surgery.
- OR Management: Circulate surgical cases efficiently; manage sterile fields and supplies.
- Teamwork: Work closely with surgeons, scrub techs, and anesthesia providers.
- Compliance: Document accurate medical records; follow strict safety and infection control rules.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active RN license in the state.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of OR circulating experience preferred; urology specialty experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and team-first mindset.
