Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Helping Hand Meals is a growing, community-focused meal service dedicated to serving fresh, homemade meals with exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a dependable and motivated cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Prep ingredients before service.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion sizes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with packaging meals for customers and catering orders.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Clean kitchen equipment and workstations at the end of each shift.
- Work efficiently with team members to complete daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Cooking or restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
