```Duties```
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and drywall using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings to determine specifications and materials required
- Install cabinets, countertops, trim work, molding, doors, windows, and hardware
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures to support construction projects
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
```Skills```
- Proficient in carpentry techniques such as construction painting, door hanging, schematics interpretation, caulking, fabrication, drywall installation, stucco application, masonry work
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials to precise specifications
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during construction projects
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
