The Administrative Assistant is a full time, in office position at our Greenwood Village Office off I-25 and Arapahoe Road.
Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-level proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle a variety of tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
- Compose, edit, and prepare various correspondence, documents, and reports, including spreadsheets, graphs, and charts.
- Technology and Equipment Coordination
- Tag, track, and distribute laptops, phones, printers, and other equipment; serve as initial triage before engaging IT vendors.
- Validate laptop setups for required programs and access links.
- Configure phones/hotspots for new and existing users.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by setting up and providing instruction on phones and computers.
- Drive as necessary to meet providers, coordinate equipment delivery, and various other tasks throughout the Denver metro area and to northern or southern Colorado when needed. Driving is not daily, but approximately 10% of time as needed and varies based on company and provider needs.
- Support our team with administrative needs such as planning and scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and organizing meeting minutes.
- Independently prioritize daily tasks and goals communicated by multiple parties.
- Handle daily responsibilities including opening, sorting, and scanning mail.
- Proofread and edit a variety of letters, reports, and correspondence for format, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and arrangement of attachments and appendices.
- Ability to function at a high level of efficiency without constant supervision.
- Assisting team with various projects and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- High level of professionalism in appearance, behavior, and communication.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and goals set or communicated by multiple parties utilizing critical thinking skills, problem solving, and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in navigating the internet
- Strong computer skills including basic spreadsheet and documentation skills with experience in Google Suite preferred
- Ability to operate a variety of standard office machines.
- Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and the ability to take on new responsibilities and projects quickly.
- Driving to facilities or providers as necessary from office, mileage paid per IRS guidelines
- Proficiency in pre-employment job-related skills assessment required

- Competitive salary range: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience
