Inter-Con Security is actively hiring Armed Transit Security Officers to support operations within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026 and related high-traffic transit operations. Officers selected will play a key role in maintaining safety during this global event, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance, attendance, and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security presence across transit locations
- Patrol stations, platforms, and transit vehicles
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
- Enforce policies while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Write detailed incident and activity reports
- Work closely with local law enforcement and transit personnel
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Active Level 3 Commissioned Security Officer License
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully complete and pass a DOT physical examination
- Must pass a physical examination
