About the Position:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who is passionate about pediatrics and excited to grow their clinical skills. The SLPA will provide services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in accordance with California regulations.
Experience in pediatric feeding, oral motor therapy, swallowing, or orofacial myofunctional therapy is preferred, but we are also happy to mentor the right candidate who is eager to learn.
You’ll collaborate closely with occupational therapists and other professionals while working with children with a wide variety of developmental, sensory, feeding, and communication needs.
Scheduling is flexible and based on the needs of clients and your availability. Our boutique sensory gym complete with swings, numerous toys, monkey bars, a ball pit, and much more, is located in Miracle Mile/Mid City.

We require:
- Current California SLPA Licensure
- Driver's license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience or interest in feeding therapy, oral motor interventions, airway health, and/or myofunctional therapy is a plus
- Fingerprinting
- CPR certification
- TB clearance
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $40-$50/hour depending on experience and specialized skills. Opportunities for growth are available based on clinical development, performance, and reliability
