The ideal Shift Supervisor candidate is a confident decision maker who is ready to learn. Must be an effective communicator bot verbally and in written form. This individual should be willing and ready to lead a team each shift and help train team members. In this role you will:
Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Manage food and labor costs
Follow company policies and operating systems
Provide team member training
Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift
Reports to the Assistant and General Managers
