Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, assist with account management, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates preferred) to assist a diverse clientele.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while providing excellent service.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
