Duties
Supervisor will supervise, coordinate and monitor all activities under the CFS , ILS and SLS program.
- Conducting Assessments
- Helping the Individual served and their support staff to actualize the individual's ISP goals
- Maintenance of documentation regarding Consumer’s progress
- Keeping consumer’s information confidential
- Scheduling Support Staff's Shifts
-Will either cover sudden staff call offs or arrange a replacement for the shift.
- Maintenance of current car insurance and provision of transport for the consumer
- Communicate with the consumer’s probation officer as appropriate and give updates as to the consumer’s program progress when applicable.
-24-hour response to law enforcement issues regarding consumer when applicable
- Court representation if, and when applicable
- 24-hour response to situations concerning SLS, ILS and CFS consumers
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience with team management or supervision is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is preferred but not required
-Bilingual candidate Prefered .
