2+ years of sales experience, preferably in events and/or hospitality.
Passion for connecting with people and building relationships
Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients quickly
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
Proficiency in or willingness to learn Triple Seat software
Passion for Flight Club and our other State of Play Hospitality concepts
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
A strong problem-solving mindset to overcome sales obstacles
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
Understanding of the market a plus
Similar sales experience in entertainment, hospitality, or restaurants a plus
Annual base salary range of $49,000-$59,000 based on location and experience.
Quarterly & Year-End Bonus
Position is remote but expected to visit and work out of local venue 1-2 times per month. If located in Chicago, expected to be at corporate office Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.
