We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated position running the 11 Western States, based out of the Temecula/Jurupa Valley area. Whether you are a trainee, a First Seat driver, or have a year of experience - we have a seat for you. Solo and team positions available. Immediate openings.
PAY
- $1,300 – $1,600 average weekly earnings
- Line haul pay scale + standard OTR mileage rates
- Guaranteed pay for first 3 months after first solo dispatch
- Performance bonus: Up to $0.06/mile - earn up to $126 extra per week
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Weekly mileage: 1,700 – 2,100 miles
- Paid weekly
JOB DETAILS
- Position: Full-Time - OTR Regional (Solo and Team)
- Equipment: Dry van trailer
- Freight: Mix of drop and hook, preload, live load, and live unload.
- Home Time: Every two weeks - runs are normally no more than 2 days out, keeping you close to home. Option to run beyond 11 Western States if desired
- Running area: 11 Western States - AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY
- Shift: Both day and night
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- All experience levels welcome - trainees through experienced drivers
- Must live in California
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- No special endorsements required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Class A dry van truck across assigned 11 Western States lanes
- Live load and live unload on applicable stops - unload pay provided
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and safety policies
- Communicate with dispatch on pickup, delivery, and trip progress

This is a Regional account running all 11 Western States with runs normally no longer than 2 days out - keeping drivers closer to home than standard OTR. All experience levels welcome including trainees. Drivers receive 3 months of guaranteed pay after first dispatch and can earn a performance bonus of up to $0.06/mile. Solo and team positions available.
