Manteo High School Wrestling is seeking an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the winter sports season to support both the boys and girls wrestling programs.

Assist with practices, competitions, and supervision of student-athletes

Support skill development, conditioning, and match preparation

Promote teamwork, accountability, sportsmanship, and positive student relationships

Help monitor academic progress and eligibility requirements

Follow all school, district, and North Carolina High School Athletic Association expectations and policies

Wrestling and/or coaching experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to build positive relationships with students

Must meet all district coaching requirements and background check expectations
Winter season position with after-school practices, evening competitions, and occasional weekend events.
