Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $30-$35/hr.
About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory planning, backorder management, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for improving parts availability, resolving supply issues, monitoring KPIs, and partnering with internal teams and suppliers to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

Review daily backorder reports and resolve supply issues.

Monitor urgent customer orders and provide ETA updates.

Analyze inventory shortages and identify alternative solutions.

Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service teams.

Track and report on KPIs including backorders, fill rate, and inventory performance.

Develop and maintain SOPs and process improvements.

Support reporting, presentations, and special projects.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, or operations.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Experience with Access, SQL, or reporting tools.

APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.
