- Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (Strictly local drop-and-hook or simple shuttle unloads, no throwing boxes)

The Route: Intra-Colorado shuttle transport, averaging roughly 2 turns per day originating out of the Pueblo DC

Driving Conditions: Comfort with changing local routes, seasonal winter mountain driving, and working through calendar holidays as needed
- Home Time: 100% Home Daily, complete your dispatch and sleep in your own bed every single night

Shift Flexibility: Open operational windows require flexibility to run both day and night turns based on terminal needs

Weekly Cadence: Minimum of 5 days per week across a Monday through Sunday rolling schedule (weekend dispatch is standard)
