BDC / Internet Sales Representative

Previous experience is required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound internet leads and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to schedule & confirm dealership appointments
- Maintain accurate detailed notes in CRM
- Deliver an exceptional first impression to every customer
