Activities Director:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Activities Director.:
This role enhances the quality of life for residents through activities.:
Interested candidates must demonstrate capabilities with the following:
- Ability to build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, caregivers and referral sources
- Professional demeanor in collaborating with building leadership team to improve patient experiences
- Self-directed in organization and prioritization of tasks.
- Capable of engaging community involvement for the betterment of resident physical, mental, emotional, psycho-social well-being.
- Willingness to assist residents with their personal preferences for daily activities
- Engages other staff members, volunteers or family members to assist with meaningful activities
- Preferred areas of experience:
- Nursing Home Activities experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Certified or capable of obtaining certification as an Activity Director
