Now, we’re looking for a Supervisor of Programs (Program Director) to lead residential programs, develop strong teams, and help create an environment where the people we serve—and the employees who support them—can thrive.
What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor of Programs, you’ll be a key leader in our residential services, responsible for both people and program excellence.
- Lead and support Program Managers and direct care teams across multiple group homes
- Ensure programs deliver high-quality, person-centered services
- Monitor compliance, documentation, audits, and financial accountability
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
- Build a positive team culture centered on respect, accountability, and compassion
- Respond to on-call and emergency needs when necessary
- Partner with staff, individuals served, families, and community resources to support successful outcomes
What You Bring
We’re looking for a leader who combines compassion with accountability and knows how to bring out the best in a team.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Supervisory or management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and data entry
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Ability to meet required background and fingerprint clearance standards
- Successfully complete all training classes
