Email Marketing
Create, proofread, schedule, and send email campaigns through our marketing platform.
Develop engaging subject lines and compelling email content.
Monitor campaign performance and maintain subscriber lists.
Push Notifications & Loyalty Program (Paytronix)
Create and schedule push notifications promoting specials, events, and promotions.
Assist in managing the RGM Restaurants Loyalty Program through Paytronix.
Ensure offers, rewards, and promotions are accurate and functioning properly.
Help troubleshoot guest loyalty program questions when needed.
Newspaper Advertising
Coordinate and submit Daily Sun advertisements.
Ensure advertisements meet deadlines and maintain brand standards.
Work with the Marketing Director on weekly promotional calendars.
Reputation Management
Monitor guest reviews across Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.
Draft professional and personalized responses to customer reviews.
Escalate guest concerns to management when necessary.
Monitor restaurant email inboxes and respond or route guest inquiries appropriately.
Administrative Marketing Support
Maintain marketing calendars and promotional schedules.
Assist with organizing promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate marketing materials between restaurant locations.
Support special events and marketing initiatives as needed.
Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by the Marketing Director.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with email marketing platforms is preferred.
Experience with Paytronix or other loyalty platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is preferred.
Professional, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
