Job Description
Amazing Kids Photography is a locally owned preschool photography company specializing exclusively in early childhood education centers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
We are seeking an energetic, patient, and kid-friendly Preschool Photographer to join our seasonal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a fun, smooth Picture Day experience.
Photography experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Photograph children at preschools and early childhood centers
- Create natural smiles and engaging expressions
- Set up, operate, and maintain photography equipment
- Ensure consistent, high-quality images throughout Picture Day
- Work closely with assistants and school staff to maintain smooth flow
- Travel to various school locations across the DFW area
- Assist with basic setup and breakdown of equipment and props
Qualifications
- Must love working with young children
- Patient, upbeat, and energetic personality
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule & Pay
- Weekday mornings and early afternoons (typically done by noon)
- Seasonal work (Fall & Spring Picture Days)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
