Once you join Hill & Wilkinson as a Project Manager, you will be leading high-profile commercial construction projects ranging from $50M–$100M+ across the DFW metroplex.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Leading all project phases: pre-construction planning, buyout, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and city officials
- Proactively managing risk and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met
- Serving as the strategic point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
We're seeking a results-driven leader with:
- Extensive construction management experience on large-scale commercial construction builds
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex timelines and budgets
- A proven track record of delivering major projects successfully from concept to completion
