What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Answering inbound calls and delivering a high-level customer experience
- Scheduling jobs and managing customer expectations
- Following up with leads, past customers, and unsold estimates
- Communicating with technicians, sales team, and customers daily
- Handling customer issues and resolving them professionally
- Supporting outbound efforts (realtors, property managers, commercial outreach)
- Keeping systems clean, organized, and up to date
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- Proven experience in customer service, office administration, or similar role
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Problem solver — not problem identifier
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive, team-first attitude
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in home services (HVAC, roofing, cleaning, etc.)
- CRM or scheduling software experience
- Sales or upselling experience
- Experience handling high call volume

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation (within 45 minutes of Silverdale)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
