We’re seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in electronic assembly and a strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electronic components, subassemblies, and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform precise hand soldering of components on circuit boards and wiring harnesses.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly or soldering issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the department.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of electronic assembly experience, including soldering and wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with IPC soldering standards (IPC-A-610 certification preferred).
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training a plus.
