Welder/Fabricator — Metal Manufacturing
We are seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our metal fabrication and manufacturing company located in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can work efficiently, follow instructions, multitask when needed, and take pride in producing clean, accurate, quality work.
Reliable transportation is required. Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop sketches, cut lists, measurements, verbal instructions, and occasional engineered drawings or blueprints.
- Measure accurately and plan work to reduce material waste.
- Mark cutting, drilling, fitting, and bending lines.
- Set up and operate metal fabrication equipment such as rollers, drill presses, press brakes, shears, saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and cutting torches.
- Fabricate, fit, weld, and assemble metal components.
- Perform Aluminum MIG, TIG, Stick, and plasma cutting as needed.
- Grind, clean, and finish completed products.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy, fit, strength, and finish.
- Follow all shop safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain basic records related to work performed, materials used, and job progress.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Experience with CNC, robotic, or computer-controlled fabrication equipment is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of welding/fabrication experience preferred.
- 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
- Candidates with strong mechanical ability, trade school experience, or proven welding skill will also be considered.
- Must be able to pass a basic weld/fabrication test.
- MIG welding experience preferred.
- Experience with TIG, Stick, and plasma cutting is a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to work from drawings, sketches, measurements, and verbal instructions.
- Ability to safely lift, move, fit, and handle metal materials.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual is a plus.

8-hour shift
Pay$20.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level
