Uncapped Commission Sales Role — Exclusive, In-Demand Medical Treatment
OC Pain and Wellness is looking for a driven, self-motivated sales associate to generate leads for our exclusive Neuro-Matrix Technique — a breakthrough, non-invasive treatment helping chronic pain sufferers find real relief, often in a single visit.
This is a 100% commission role with no ceiling on what you can earn. If you know how to open doors, build trust, and get people in for a FREE non invasive pain test with 80% pain symptom reduction, I will handle the sale of treatment. this is one of the most lucrative opportunities in the med-spa/wellness space right now.
What you'll be selling: A treatment people are desperate for — real relief from chronic pain, numbness, tingling, and old injury flare-ups, without surgery or invasive procedures.
What we're looking for:
Proven sales or lead-gen experience (healthcare, wellness, or med-spa background a plus)
Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own pipeline
Strong communicator, comfortable with consultative selling
Local to South Orange County or able to generate local leads
Compensation: 100% commission — 20 percent of treatment program
Earning Potential:
5 new patients per month: $3,000 - $5,000/mo.
8 new patients per month: $6,000 - $8,000/mo.
10 new patients per months: $8,000 -$10,000/mo.
