Our curated portfolio features Italy's premier brands: Veneta Cucine interior cabinetry, Tumidei furniture systems, Sangiacomo closets and wardrobes, and OF Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets.
As a full interiors showroom, we serve high-end residential clients across kitchens, living spaces, baths, custom closets, and outdoor kitchens—with kitchen cabinetry at the heart of our business. We collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and luxury builders. Our showroom at 100 S. Cedros Avenue sits at the gateway to the Design District and is built to attract serious clients and industry professionals. We are conveniently located adjacent to premium appliance and fixtures showrooms.
We are seeking a proven luxury sales performer who thrives on building relationships, originating deals, and closing high-value projects. This role is designed for someone with an existing network in the San Diego or Orange County design and construction community who can immediately generate pipeline. The role requires the employee maintain a functional vehicle, valid license and frequently travel to visit prospective business partners and clients. It is a hyrbrid role, which will be primarily out of the showroom and only require in showroom presense for up to 2 days, 16 hours per week or less.
Typical projects range from $10,000 to $250,000+, with larger whole-home opportunities—spanning kitchens, closets, furniture systems, and outdoor kitchens—exceeding this range.
This is an early, high-impact hire with a clear path to Showroom Manager or Regional Leadership as Studio Quattro expands into Orange County and Los Angeles.
What You'll Do
Win New Business — Actively originate and close new projects through your network of architects, designers, builders, and high-end homeowners. This role is heavily focused on revenue generation and deal flow.
Own the Sales Process — Lead clients from first interaction through design alignment, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. You are accountable for closing.
Build a Book of Business — Develop long-term relationships that drive repeat projects and referrals across the luxury residential ecosystem.
Represent Premium Products — Position Veneta Cucine, Tumidei, Sangiacomo, and OF Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets as best-in-class solutions, aligning design, quality, and value with client expectations.
Who You Are
You have a track record of successfully selling luxury kitchens, cabinetry, closets, furniture systems, or high-end residential interiors and understand how to navigate sophisticated clients and long sales cycles.
You bring an existing network of architects, interior designers, builders, and affluent homeowners. You can clearly articulate how you will generate opportunities. You are accountable for consistent weekly reporting on a CRM.
You are confident managing high-value conversations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
You are entrepreneurial, self-driven, motivated by uncapped earning potential, and the future possibility of equity.
Compensation
Competitive base draw plus uncapped commission tied directly to project sales.
Expected Earnings: $100,000 – $150,000+. Top performers with strong networks can significantly exceed this range.
