All Metal Stamping is a family-owned manufacturer serving the residential window and commercial door industries for more than 50 years. We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain, improve, and develop the equipment that keeps our operation running.
This is more than a typical maintenance position. In addition to maintaining production equipment and facility systems, you will work side-by-side with engineering to design, build, troubleshoot, and improve custom automated manufacturing equipment used throughout our facility.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
- Maintain and repair punch presses, plastic injection molding machines, assembly equipment, compressors, and support systems
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, VFDs, relays, PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial electrical systems
- Work directly with engineering on automation projects and custom machinery
- Assist with machine builds, controls integration, startup, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure
- Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance, electromechanical maintenance, electrician, automation, or related experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is highly desired
- PLC programming experience is a plus
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Welding, fabrication, machining, or construction experience is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
